Taylors Falls is one of Minnesota's earliest settled communities. Nestled amongst the hills and steep bluffs of the St.Croix River. This small village coined "Village On The River" was originally settled by Swedish immigrants in the mid 1800's. Our Historic building has stood the test of time while other downtown buildings in Taylors Falls have not. Built in the 1890's and later sold to the famous Rivard family in the early 1900's.

This building offers commercial business on the Main floor and 4 apartments on the second floor.
