This Historic building is otherwise know as the Armory Building. Located in downtown Red Wing, MN this commercial only building was constructed in 1901 to house both Company G of the Minnesota National Guard and the Masonic Hall. It continued to be used for those purposes until Easter night, 1925 when a fire gutted the building’s interior and destroyed its third floor. The Armory portion of the structure was promptly rebuilt but the Masonic Hall decided to move. Now the building has a new purpose and is used for office and restaurant space.
